“La camera arredata con lo stile Best Western e molto pulita. La disponibilità del portiere di notte che ha aperto a mezzanotte dopo la mia telefonata. Il check-in è garantito anche quando l'albergo è chiuso ma ho dovuto telefonare perché non esiste un campanello sulla porta esterna per gli ospiti che arrivano di notte. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. ”

“The staff was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Forgot to bring my adapters for US to UK, they loaned me one to recharge my phone etc for my stay. We arrived a few hours prior to check in time and were allowed to rest in spa area. We were provided free shuttle to cruise terminal. Our accommodation was excellent. Would stay again.”

“I have been please to see the eccellent amenities present in the hotel, not easy to find.
Only one negative point, there is only one way to reach the first floor and my room was on the other side...

Struttura decente ma datata che non vale assolutamente le 170 sterline spese.”

“4 star Hotel close to the Hospital in Basingstoke. Pool and Gym Service (if u pick up wrong time pool is full of old English ladies). Rooms are ok, nothing special, needs to be renovated. Bar is pricey for the location and hotel general condition. Recommend for quick customer visit at the hospital.”
